Monitoring and Feedback

• Monthly Check-ins: We value your input. Regular check-ins help us understand your experience, address challenges, and gather your invaluable feedback.
• Performance Metrics:

1. Hours Committed: Ambassadors log the number of hours they’ve dedicated to their roles.
2. Impact Score: They then assess the impact of their efforts on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being minimal impact and 10 being significant impact.
3. Community Feedback Score: Finally, the community members provide a score for the ambassador’s performance, also on a scale from 1 to 10.
4. The total points for an ambassador are calculated using the formula: Hours Committed ✕ Impact Score ✕ Community Feedback Score.
