- Event Hosting: Organize and host satellite Tomo-night events, bringing the community together.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit between the community and our core team, ensuring voices are heard.

Monitoring and Feedback
- Monthly Check-ins: We value your input. Regular check-ins help us understand your experience, address challenges, and gather your invaluable feedback.
- Performance Metrics:
- Hours Committed: Ambassadors log the number of hours they’ve dedicated to their roles.
- Impact Score: They then assess the impact of their efforts on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being minimal impact and 10 being significant impact.
- Community Feedback Score: Finally, the community members provide a score for the ambassador’s performance, also on a scale from 1 to 10.
- The total points for an ambassador are calculated using the formula: Hours Committed ✕ Impact Score ✕ Community Feedback Score.
